A WordPress website, photography, video and ongoing digital marketing for a West Sussex activity centre with plenty of ways to make a day of it.

Plenty to do.
Easy to explore.

Out of Bounds is the sort of place where a quick look at what’s on can turn into a whole day’s plans. With indoor and outdoor activities in West Sussex, it has a broad offer and plenty of different reasons for people to visit. The website and marketing need to make that choice feel exciting, rather than complicated.

We work across its WordPress website, ongoing website support, photography and video, Google Ads, Meta campaigns and email marketing. That brings the place people discover the activities together with the marketing that encourages them to take a closer look.

The work

The brief.
The work.
The thinking.

01

WordPress website design and development

We designed and developed the WordPress website to give Out of Bounds a clear home for its activities. The job is to show the range without overwhelming the visitor, balancing the energy of the experience with useful information. People should be able to explore what appeals to them and work out their next step.

02

Ongoing website support

A busy activity business needs a website that can keep up. Our ongoing support gives Out of Bounds a team to turn to as the site needs attention. It keeps the relationship going beyond launch, so the website remains part of the wider marketing conversation.

03

Google Ads campaigns

We manage Google Ads campaigns to reach people searching for things to do. The messaging needs to reflect the experience being promoted and give someone a good reason to explore it. We connect that interest with the relevant offer on the website.

04

Meta Ads campaigns

Meta campaigns give us room to show the fun of the place. We bring the activities into view through creative and messaging designed to catch people’s attention, then give them a route to find out more. It adds another way for audiences to discover Out of Bounds.

05

Email marketing

Email marketing helps Out of Bounds keep the conversation going with its audience. We work on messages that give people something useful or appealing to come back for, while keeping the tone and presentation connected to the rest of the brand.

06

Photography and video

We produced photography and video for Out of Bounds, capturing the activities and the atmosphere of a visit. It gives people a real look at the place before they arrive, while giving the website and campaigns original material that shows what there is to enjoy.

Project delivery

From first look.
To planning a visit.

People might arrive through a search, spot an advert or open an email. We think about how those starting points connect with the website and the information someone needs when they get there.

Looking after the site alongside the campaigns makes it easier to keep the work joined up. The channels have different strengths, but they all need to represent the same place and its experiences.

A connected offer.
More ways in.

The work gives Out of Bounds a coordinated online presence across its website, advertising and email. Its activities have a place to be explored, with marketing that introduces the offer through several different channels.

We continue to support the business across the site and campaigns. The focus stays on making a varied offer easier to discover and helping people move from “that looks good” to finding out what a visit could look like.

There’s room for another good story.
